This is my opinion..
The headband will go with it because it has black hearts on it, however; i do think that a polka dot headband would look better, but i also think it'd be too much...

I think black accessories go perfectly fine with khakis. However, it is not the only color that you can wear with them.

I personally would not wear "dress" shoes with khakis - but I guess it depends on what your definition of that is.
